Emirates has joined hands with several venues across the UAE to provide exclusive perks and benefits to its passengers. You can use your Emirates Boarding pass to enjoy special offers across renowned restaurants, spas, retail stores, pools, beaches, and more in Dubai and all over the UAE.
Not only this, but you can get complimentary access to luxury destinations or pay for less when visiting popular landmarks including At The Top Burj Khalifa, IMG World of Adventure, Aquaventure waterpark at Atlantis The Palm, City tour, and more.
How to Avail of the Emirates Pass Offer?
To avail of the Emirates Pass offer, book your tickets to Dubai between November 1st, 2023 and March 31st, 2024. Booking your flight within this timeline makes you eligible for exclusive offers and discounts. You can enjoy price drops and complimentary access at various establishments in Dubai using your Emirates Airlines boarding Pass.
The offer can be availed by anyone flying to Dubai for a vacation or a stopover. Travelers to anywhere in the world stand eligible for complimentary tickets to luxury venues when they fly with Emirates and add Dubai as a stopover for eight hours or more.
Only return flight tickets will be entertained and passengers with one-way tickets won’t be able to avail of the discounts and offers mentioned in the program.
Book Flight Tickets at the Emirates Website
Log on to Emirates Airlines’ Official website and enter the code “EKDXB24” when making the payment at the checkout. The airline will send codes for attractions mentioned in the offer. You can then use these codes to book free tickets directly through the participating venues.
The codes can be used to avail of free tickets for everyone in your flight booking. The offer must be availed before April 5th, 2024.
Booking Ticket Through Travel Agents, Emirates Ticketing Office, or Call Centre
If you book your Dubai tickets with a travel agent, Emirates ticketing office, or Emirates call center, then write an email to emiratesoffer@emirates.com with the below-mentioned details at least 96 hours before travel:
- Name of the passengers (all passenger names under the same booking reference)
- Booking reference number
- Arrival date in Dubai
- Valid email address to receive the codes for free tickets
- Contact number
Terms and Conditions
- Present your Emirates boarding pass when visiting any of the participating venues and retail stores. Don’t forget to bring your ID card for identity verification.
- The participating venue may reject the access in case a passenger fails to provide the required documentation.
- In case you are using a digital boarding pass, take a screenshot as the digital pass may expire from the Emirates App after a certain time.
- All passengers must present the digital or printed boarding pass issued in their name to avail of the offer. The pass must have been issued to travel to Dubai between the 1st of November, 2023, and the 31st of March, 2024.
- The Emirates Pass offer is intended to be used by the passenger only and cannot be transferred to another person. The boarding pass cannot be purchased, bartered, or sold.
- Offers and discounts mentioned in the program cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The benefits and offers are subject to availability and it’s recommended to make reservations beforehand to avoid any last-minute surprises.
- The free tickets can be availed for multiple times using the same boarding pass.
- The promotion mentioned in the program cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer or discount.
- The discounts and free tickets are not valid for tickets purchased before the offer period.
- The offer is valid on all return flight tickets including economy, business, and first class.
- The passenger has to bear all other additional costs and expenses associated with the discounts.
- In case you lose your boarding pass, note that it cannot be reprinted. So keep your pass safe as you won’t be allowed entry into any of the participating venues without presenting the pass.
