Dubai’s ladies’ day scene has moved well past the pandemic-recovery deals that used to fill these lists. The venues that stuck around, Nikki Beach and Praia at FIVE Palm Jumeirah among them, have rebranded and repriced their offers, and a handful of newer beach clubs have joined in. Here is what’s actually running now, organised by day of the week, plus a couple of evening ladies’ night options if pool and beach clubs aren’t your scene.
Beach and pool ladies’ days by day of the week
| Day | Venue | Price and inclusions | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuesday | Nikki Beach, Palm Jumeirah, Coastal Girls Club | AED 150: 5 drinks plus 20% off food | 11am to 5pm |
| Tuesday | W Dubai, The Palm, Wet Deck | AED 199: unlimited drinks plus a main dish | Noon to 4pm |
| Tuesday and Wednesday | Azure Beach, Rixos Premium JBR | AED 150: pool access plus 5 drink vouchers (or a breakfast option with 3 drinks, until 11am) | 10am to 7.30pm |
| Thursday | Praia, FIVE Palm Jumeirah, Secret Ladies Day | AED 150: unlimited drinks, pool access and lunch (AED 250 with unlimited prosecco) | From 1pm, main package 2pm to 6pm |
| Friday | Palm West Beach | AED 275: pool and beach access, 5 drinks and one dish | Check venue for current hours |
Praia’s Secret Ladies Day is consistently rated one of the best in the city and tends to sell out, book ahead rather than turning up on the day.
Evening ladies’ nights, if beach clubs aren’t your thing
If you’d rather skip the pool and go straight to drinks and music, Gitano runs free grape and Mexican-inspired mixed drinks from 8pm to midnight, with a seated table option from AED 245 per person minimum spend. At Address Sky View, on the 54th floor, ladies get house beverages and live DJs until 2am for AED 150. Both work well as a follow-on if you’ve already spent the afternoon at one of the beach clubs above.
Before you book
Call or book directly with the venue rather than relying on a listing site, since prices, drink allowances and included dishes at Dubai beach clubs change seasonally and sometimes month to month. Weather also plays a role outside the cooler months: several of these venues scale back outdoor poolside events during the peak summer heat, so check ahead if you’re planning a visit between June and September. If you’re building a full day out around one of these, Dubai’s secret beaches is worth a look for a free alternative on the days in between, and the wider guide to saving money in Dubai covers how a day like this fits into a broader budget.
